This two-hour experience for up to 10 guests will be held for two hours on a mutually agreed upon date and time (Sunday - Wednesday only) at Caroline’s restaurant, a.o.c West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.
You and your guests will taste six extraordinary wines while enjoying snacks from acclaimed chef Suzanne Goin. Each guest will also receive an autographed copy of Bobby's book, Friuli Food and Wine: Frasca Cooking from Northern Italy's Mountains, Vineyards, and Seaside.
Caroline Styne is the James Beard Foundation Award-winning Outstanding Restaurateur and co-owner of The Lucques Group comprised of six restaurants; Larder Baking Company, a wholesale bakery; and she also oversees the food and wine operations at the iconic Hollywood Bowl. Caroline is also a founding member of the Independent Restaurant Coalition.
Bobby Stuckey is the James Beard Foundation Award-winning Master Sommelier/co-owner of Frasca Hospitality Group; co-author of Friuli Food and Wine; founder of Scarpetta & Squadra Wines; and a founding member of the Independent Restaurant Coalition.
