On Thursday, October 10, at 9am PT/Noon ET the IRC will host a panel with Ruth Reichl, award-winning author and former New York Times food critic and Cheetie Kumar, James Beard Award nominated chef and IRC co-founder, to share a behind the scenes look at Reichl’s new film, Food & Country. Food & Country, an official 2023 Sundance Selection from trailblazing food writer Ruth Reichl, interrogates our food and farming systems to provide a wider understanding of the fundamental vulnerabilities of our food systems and the need for dramatic reforms to support our independent farmers, ranchers, restaurant workers and chefs.
