Ernesto’s — the acclaimed Basque-inspired restaurant in the Lower East Side from chef Ryan Bartlow (previously Akelarre, Alinea, Frenchette) — is launching a special holiday food market in their cafe [from Thursday, December 15th through Saturday, December 17th.
The market will feature signature Ernesto’s dishes and condiments, available packaged and to-go for the first time, including housemade vacuum-sealed Morcilla and Txistorra sausage, as well as jamón (available with red tins of chips to re-create Ernesto’s Chips and Jamón dish); jarred condiments such as shrimp relish and housemade jams; desserts to take home or gift, including Holiday Cookie Packages, Festive Housemade Panettone, Housemade Holiday Ice Creams and Cheesecake; merch including Ernesto’s Tees (with chips and jamón on the front), Ernesto’s Blankets, Custom Espresso Cups, and Vintage Sherry/Cordial Glassware; custom 3-bottle wine carriers with selections from Ernesto’s Wine Director Kristin Courville, Bar Manager Mitch Mandujano and chef Ryan Bartlow.
